STAND UP AND PADDLE FOR THE BAYS

Barnstable Clean Water Coalition

2017 Paddle for the Bays RACE

Thanks to all of the Paddle for the Bays RACE! Cape Cod 2017 racers, supporters, volunteers and sponsors who came out early on Saturday, September 16th to raise money and awareness about clean water issues in Barnstable.

Seventy racers – standup paddlers and kayakers, kids and adults, individuals and relay teams – paddled from Ropes Beach through Cotuit, North and West Bays around Oyster Harbors. The racers started out in fog, but by the end of the race, sunny skies prevailed.

Congratulations to all of our 2017 Paddlers for a job well done and we hope to see you out on the bays again next year!

Your 2017 RACE Committee
